Church Services In Lockdown

Some services in St Mary's resumed on Sunday December 6th. Check the diary on the Welcome page for up to date details.

The three churches in our Benefice continue to open offering a quiet space for private prayer as follows:

Sundays 8.00am—2.00pm  

Wednesdays 2.00pm—5.00pm (South Newington by appointment)


We continue to have the opportunity to join virtual services as follows:- 

The Church of England website has a link to daily worship. 

The Oxford Diocese will live stream a Sunday service involving all 3 of our Bishops at 10am. You can join this Eucharist here.

A virtual Sunday service using Zoom at 6pm.

We will continue to prepare and distribute the weekly sheet by email along with a service sheet and accompanying prayers. The email will also include a link to the internet gathering of Spiritual Communion at 6pm on Sundays.

Continued compliance with the regulations is essential. There will be sanitiser available and you are encouraged to use this on entering and leaving. Face coverings must be worn.
