We offer a variety of services which provide opportunities for people throughout the parish to join in collective praise and worship. All visitors are warmly welcome. Please see the latest weekly service sheet below for details of upcoming services and the full diary for the week ahead.
Sundays
8am — Holy Communion, a traditional, spoken service using the 1662 Book of Common Prayer, typically lasting 30–45 minutes.
9.30am — Holy Communion, a communion service with hymns, choir and a sermon, lasting about an hour. Everyone is invited to stay for refreshments afterwards. On the fourth Sunday of each month, this is an informal, café-style family service without communion, with singing led by our music group.
6pm — Evening Prayer following the Book of Common Prayer. Choral Evensong takes place on the fourth Sunday of each month.
A virtual service via Zoom is also held on frequent Sunday evenings — see the weekly service sheet for details.
Midweek worship
A contemplative prayer group meets on Wednesdays from 5.30pm to 6pm in the Chancel. We keep silence from the chiming of the 5.30pm bell, so please arrive 5 to 10 minutes before that, so you have time to find a seat and settle yourself without disturbing others.
All are most welcome.
