Julian Group

                                                 The Julian Meetings

   A Julian meeting of contemplative prayer, is so called after Julian of Norwich,  who was a 14th century mystic.                                                                                          The group meets on the first Monday of the month at 7.00pm in the Parish Rooms.

Note there will be no meeting in January 2024

Contemplative prayer has been part of Christianity from the beginning.

Each meeting is centred on group contemplative prayer in the Christian tradition;   we welcome people of all denominations; and those seeking a place for silent prayer.

The leader will begin with a short homily followed by music which leads us into silence, lasting about 30 minutes. We end with intercessions.
